Daily goal setting is working out so much better than weekly/monthly, I’ll post about this soon. So this month… no strict goals but lots of strict daily goals.
June Outline
As much poker volume as possible – aiming for 60k hands. Play as much mid-stakes as I can and shot take as much as possible at high-stakes. A ton of focus on early starts, healthy cooking and 5-days a week working out to balance and support the high workload. Structure things so I get at least all Friday nights and Saturdays off to rock out.
There are a few habits I’d like to cement too:
- Pre 9am rise on working days
- Fiction before sleeping, no laptop’age
- Post-workday review/analysis
- Only 2 Email/RSS/FB/Twitter checks daily
